Client Portal

Cedar Oaks Clinic offers a new, secure client portal where you can access and exchange messages with us and perform various other tasks, such as scheduling appointments, viewing intake forms, paying for invoices, sharing documents, and more.

New Patients: Cedar Oaks Clinic will invite you to access the MYIO portal as part of the Intake Process.

Existing Patients: If you have not already been invited to access the new portal, we will be sending invites as we schedule new appointments. If you need help accessing the portal please call the Cedar Oaks Team for assistance.
