Caroline Domack
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate
Caroline Domack graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy from Montreat College in 2024. While completing her internship, she developed a passion for working with neurodivergent adolescents and their families. She joined the Cedar Oaks team in 2025.
Using Narrative and Solution-Focused therapy models, Caroline works from a person-centered approach to teach coping skills and strategies to help patients view themselves from a positive perspective. Caroline also has experience using the Gottman Method working with couples and is welcome to working with the LGBT+ community.
Caroline believes in the power of mindfulness and meditation. Her goal is to build trusting connections with her patients by staying curious and nonjudgmental during their work together.
Away from work, Caroline enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids, reading books, and watching Braves baseball. Anywhere with an ocean view is her happy place! Before becoming a therapist, Caroline had a long career working in theatre as a stage manager and technician, including at Juilliard, the New Jersey Opera Company, and Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. This work helped her build her skills in problem-solving and quick thinking. Her support of the arts is still evident in her love for Broadway musicals!
