Jen Pierce, LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Jennifer Pierce, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and women's issues.
Jen earned her Master of Arts in Counseling degree in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2017 and spent the last seven years living in Denver, Colorado. She is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ population and is committed to offering a compassionate and collaborative space for growth and self-discovery.
Jen believes in meeting clients where they are while gently challenging them to recognize their strengths, build resilience, and move toward their full potential. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Taking a whole-person perspective, Jen recognizes that healing extends beyond the therapy room. She values the important roles that nutrition, movement, nature, and overall well-being can play in supporting mental and emotional health.
Jen's style is warm, laid-back, and authentic. She strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported while working toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys exploring new places with her cuddly pitbull, reading fantasy or psychological thrillers, watching musicals, and going to the beach.
