Kristen Baez graduated in 2015 from Lesley University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy. Kristen has 5 years of experience working with adults and children at an inpatient psychiatric facility, and has additionally worked with children and teenagers in schools and doing in-home counseling. She is passionate about helping the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized groups. As a Board Certified Music Therapist, Kristen is also able to offer a creative approach to therapy. Kristen believes that the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust and authenticity, and she is committed to helping others navigate through life's challenges.

When not working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and being outside!
